Why do mainstream platforms bother running an onion mirror when their regular site already works? Because the Tor version solves a different problem. It keeps the connection inside the Tor network from start to finish, which reduces exposure for people who need privacy. For a new user, that means fewer handoffs between networks and fewer points where traffic can be observed.
We put together this list of services that have an official presence on Tor. Some are markets, some are a Telegram-based channel with a regular website, and one marketplace also runs a clearnet site. Our focus here is practical: what the service offers, where its official onion version lives, and how to verify that address before you use it.
Nexus Market
Nexus Market has gained significant attention as a leading platform for buying and selling digital goods. This marketplace stands out due to its innovative multi-signature escrow system, which enhances the security of transactions. Users can find a wide variety of offerings from numerous active vendors, and the platform includes a sophisticated dispute resolution mechanism to address conflicts between parties.

Professor Mariarti
We’ve come across an intriguing service called Professor Mariarti, which operates through a private Telegram channel created by a notable figure in the underground marketplace. He has a background that includes owning the well-known AlphaPay platform and playing a significant role in the inception of Hans Market. After moving on from that scene, he established his own platform to provide insights and warnings about the complexities users may face, while also sharing various concepts for financial success and exclusive tools. Engaging with the Professor's community can be beneficial for those seeking to navigate the intricate layers of the online underworld. His focus on caution and informed decision-making makes it a potentially invaluable resource for anyone interested in understanding this complex environment better.
LONELY ROAD
We invite you to explore LONELY ROAD, a marketplace that has recently taken the place of Skill Road. This platform stands out with its support for multiple languages, allowing seamless navigation in twelve different tongues. Users can enjoy the convenience of receiving their purchases through parcel lockers, making transactions more secure and discreet. With the help of AI technology, you can establish your own store right on the site, which offers a comprehensive selection of products—from counterfeit cards to various software solutions.
How to verify an address
Before you open any onion address, make sure you are using Tor Browser and that it is updated. The browser routes your traffic through the Tor network and blocks many scripts that could leak identifying details.
Never trust an onion link from a random forum post, a screenshot, or a search result. Check the address against the service's official source, such as a verified profile or a known clearnet page. If a link appears in several places with different endings, treat it as suspicious.

A service with an official Tor version gives you a cleaner path for private access, but the address itself is only half the story. Verify it every time, keep your browser current, and treat any unconfirmed link as a risk.
